Wall penetration W500 can be used when pouring concrete walls to simplify the installation of pipes or hoses for electricity, communication, sewage and more.

Transit W500 is manufactured in PEH/PE in dimensions from diameter 40 mm up to 250 mm.

The ends are fitted with a rubber lip seal and the pipe or hose of the corresponding dimension is simply pushed into the pipe.

The W500 is supplied with the W802 water and radon seal pre-installed to ensure the tightness of the wall. The penetration can be used for temperatures up to +80C.

The standard length between the outer ends is 250 mm and between the flanges 210 mm. Other lengths can of course be ordered.

Frequently asked questions about sealings

How much load can the sealings generally withstand?

It is important to note that the sealings are not intended to act as supports. The pipes must be supported on both sides of the seal.

Which sealings can withstand axial movements?

W801, W803 and W804 are all tested for generous axial movements.

Do your sealings protect against both radon and water?

Many of our sealings protect against both radon and water. You can see from the labels on the products which ones protect against what.

How big sealings can you deliver?

We have sealings in stock with a diameter of up to 1000 mm. We have the ability to build custom sealings and have supplied sealings up to 2000 mm diameter, but there are no limits to how large sealings we can make.

Does W802 work on corrugated pipes?

It is possible to install W802 on corrugated pipes provided that it lies on one or more of the tops of the pipe. Should there be very wide gaps on large pipes, it may be necessary to seal the gap in the corrugation before installing the seal.

Do you have any radon sealing that is Nordic Swan Ecolabeled?

W802 is included in the House Product Portal and is therefore approved for Nordic Swan Ecolabel projects. These types of sealings cannot be Nordic Swan Ecolabeled and this also applies to competitors' products. But if they are included in the House Product Portal, it works.

Which sealings are approved for radon?

W801, W802, Link Seal, Compact and Nofirno are all approved radon sealings.
