F910 is a penetration seal for flexible connection of all kinds of pipes to manholes/pipes or concrete walls. The holes can be prefabricated or drilled.

Material
‍F910is made of synthetic rubber (SBR/EPDM) with a hardness of 40 ± 5 IRHD. The material meets the requirements of the European standard EN 681-1. Some dimensions can also be supplied in nitrile rubber (NBR).

Labeling
Each sealing is labeled with the outer diameter and thickness, the outer diameter and bore diameter of the connecting pipe and the date of manufacture.

Dimensions
‍The requiredhole diameter is calculated from the outside diameter of the pipe.

Hole diameter = outer diameter of the pipe + 26 mm

Example:

Size plastic pipe 160 mm
Marking 160 / 186
Outer diameter pipe 160 mm
Hole diameter 160 + 26 = 186 mm

Note: For some smaller dimensions, deviations from the principle may occur.

Press the well seal into the drilled hole. Do not use lubricant.
Chamfer the end of the connecting pipe and lubricate it with lubricant or other lubricant approved by the manufacturer.
Center the pipe end and push the pipe into the seal so that the pipe end is flush with the inner wall.

Frequently asked questions about sealings

How much load can the sealings generally withstand?

It is important to note that the sealings are not intended to act as supports. The pipes must be supported on both sides of the seal.

Which sealings can withstand axial movements?

W801, W803 and W804 are all tested for generous axial movements.

Do your sealings protect against both radon and water?

Many of our sealings protect against both radon and water. You can see from the labels on the products which ones protect against what.

How big sealings can you deliver?

We have sealings in stock with a diameter of up to 1000 mm. We have the ability to build custom sealings and have supplied sealings up to 2000 mm diameter, but there are no limits to how large sealings we can make.

Does W802 work on corrugated pipes?

It is possible to install W802 on corrugated pipes provided that it lies on one or more of the tops of the pipe. Should there be very wide gaps on large pipes, it may be necessary to seal the gap in the corrugation before installing the seal.

Do you have any radon sealing that is Nordic Swan Ecolabeled?

W802 is included in the House Product Portal and is therefore approved for Nordic Swan Ecolabel projects. These types of sealings cannot be Nordic Swan Ecolabeled and this also applies to competitors' products. But if they are included in the House Product Portal, it works.

Which sealings are approved for radon?

W801, W802, Link Seal, Compact and Nofirno are all approved radon sealings.
